Wow, it s the closest to animal sausage I have tested since I turned vegan. I cooked on the pan with little oil (it sticked by the way but no problem for me)
I found it in a superU, Marseille but as a temporary product, I hope it stays, I would like to buy sometimes.
It s made with pea protein, ingredients are good. Each sausage is 64 kcal, 3.8 protein, 4.4 fat, 1.2 carb, there are 5 in the package.
