This consisted of vibrant, deeply flavorful house-made pesto, juicy tomato, and silky smooth and creamy Teese Vegan 🌱-based mozzarella, topped with baby greens with a sweet and tangy house-made balsamic glaze on a sub roll. It was so good, perfect for summer.
