Open-faced sandwich with #Revo 'salmon', #Philadelphia 'cream cheese', avocado, arugula leaves, and cucumber 🥪🍣🥑🧀🥒 NGL I wasn't too impressed by the 'salmon' as its taste and texture was definitely not close to the real deal and essentially similar to other konjac-based 'salmon' which I've had plenty of in Singapore, but at least it was nutritionally superior with the infusion of pea protein and algae oils, as well as naturally coloured with beetroot and carotene. The product itself was already supposed to have smoke flavouring, but I felt the chef could have torched it lightly to amp up the smoked salmon kinda aroma. Overall this was a pretty-looking dish, but didn't quite live up to my expectations, and also didn't seem to showcase much culinary skills. (DKK 110) #denmark #copenhagen #sandwich
