Spaghetti coated in cashew-based sauce, topped with bits of #LibreFoods mushroom-based 'bacon' and parmesan #vegancheese. 🍝🥓🧀 Apparently their most popular dish, but I personally found it somewhat underwhelming... The sauce leaned towards being gritty rather than creamy, and didn't taste very outstanding - perhaps a dash of lemon juice would have improved things? There were very little accompanying ingredients too. Would have liked some protein source and/or veggies for more varied textures and balanced nutrition; they could have been seasoned with liquid smoke too to complement the flavour profile, e.g. tempeh or carrot or eggplant 'bacon'!
