One of the most memorable meals I’ve had in years!
My colleague @siqi and I had the incredible pleasure of having Michelin 3-Star Chef Gary Yin prepare this meal for us at one of the famous restaurants in China 🇨🇳 which also happens to be 100% meat and seafood free!
I can’t even begin to describe the incredible Chinese food. Mushrooms definitely took center stage throughout this epic meal, which lasted 5 hours, all while we were serenaded by a musician on a harp!
One of my favorite dishes of the night ended up looking and tasting a lot like a fruit roll up and Chef Gary and I bonded over our childhoods eating fruit roll ups!
