This is another unique and really good option at Detroit street filling station. This seemingly chicken Patty is actually made from mushrooms. They're're fried, breaded and crispy and somehow still juicy. They're served on soft housemade Hawaiian buns with a really creamy, crunchy, slaw and #vegan yum yum sauce. It also comes with a side a bread-and-butter pickles. It's usually served with Potato Chips, but you can upgrade to a salad as well. This had loads of flavor and was it actually really really cool option. I really like the option of having #Mushroom instead of fuax meats and it is actually good for people with allergies as well. There's a lot of people who say they want to be vegan, but they can't eat a lot of soy or gluten, so mushrooms make a really good alternative. This was definitely really creative, and had a lot of flavor. The mushroom had some cajun- like spice. Everything at Detroit Street seems really pretty reasonably priced. This was about thirteen dollars with a three dollar upgrade for the salad, so a great #value
