The Verde chicken flatbread could be made vegan by substituting the chicken with either tofu, seitan, or mushroom. I chose #tofu. The #pesto was super bright and flavorful and the flatbread was overflowing with toppings: artichoke, zucchini, sun dried tomato, arugula, and balsamic glaze. It was super hard to eat because of that - #hotmess - but very tasty. The #flatbread was very soft and cooked perfectly. $13 for this and a side which is a #greatvalue in my opinion. The food came out super fast and service was great. My go to in #cincinnati!
