This #matcha powder is a moderately priced one. It’s closer to culinary grade. The colour is not as vibrant as seen on the packaging. It’s more of an olive green colour.
It can taste quite bitter if just drank with water. I would recommend adding some plant-based milk. If you prefer to use water, perhaps use more than stated on the packaging. The smell is fragrant. I’m a #matchalover.
