It’s a grilled bikini sandwich filled with smoked “chissi” and dried tomatoes. Very tasty and easy to eat, the chissi is their vegan cheese recepie. The bread is crunchy on the outside. The dried tomatoes with the vegan cheese
make the perfect combo for a salty sandwich.
