these #vegansteak sections were ok. they have an interesting texture. no need for a knife as they tend to flake apart easily with a fork.
i bought them after seeing mixed reviews from @esmehart and @alistar. they are a bit €£$ so i grabbed one when i saw it on sale. i found the flavor a little processed. maybe a strong sauce or gravy would hide it. i rubbed a little oil on one and stuck it in the air fryer. the other i cooked with veggies and ate with rice. my model was not interested one bit.
i like they are sealed separately so you can have one without the other going dry.
lastly broad bean flowers. i love the black center.

They are pricey indeed but we loved the taste.
