Fried battered soy 'chicken' cutlet alongside cabbage, carrot, and long beans, all drenched in curry gravy. 🍗🥕🍛 The cutlet was crunchy and toothsome without a strong mock meat aftertaste; my non-veg friend liked it too. Surprisingly the dish also came with tofu scramble 'egg' (playing peekaboo and hidden in the 1st pic, swipe right ➡️ to see it in the 2nd pic 📸), which I wouldn't have expected from a more Chinese-style eatery, but it tasted pretty good and without an overpowering turmeric aroma! 🍳 Also served with fragrant sesame rice, plus a bowl of tasty soup not pictured.
