The menu here rotates according to the seasons but this was available in summer 2024. I thought this was a bit of an unusual combination but ended up tasty. 🫛🥬It had sautéed courgette, peas and spring greens on a thick slice of #toast, topped with tofu. Egg was the omni option but the dish could be made vegan with #tofu upon request. I do appreciate the vegan options. It’s a pricy cafe so this alone cost £13.50.
