I bought these for dinner with a friend that has celiacs disease as they are #glutenfree.
They are easy to prepare and taste great. In my opinion, they go quite well with the taste of sesame (e.g as seeds or oil).
As many similar types of noodles they tend to stick together once they start cooling down, so make sure you incorporate them into the dish quickly after straining.
