I discovered the Alice brand through an Instagram ad. After some research I decided to try it. After all, it’s chocolate with benefits! I’m in! There are 3 formulas- Focus and Energy, Deep Sleep, and Sensual (for mood enhancing).
It’s a blend of nature’s powerful healing mushrooms with dark chocolate.
I tried the Deep Sleep one first.
No joke, it was instantly effective! I’ve always had residual issues with Melatonin and other sleep aids but this one has none of those.
It’s delicious on top of that.
I’m trying the one for focus and energy now - first day. I could most definitely use a boost in that department!
