Green Island Veg Burger en Emerald Restaurant — Reseña de Evie (26 jun 2024)

I have to say that I didn’t have my hopes up for this burger but it turned out to be surprisingly tasty. Had to ask the waitress to confirm this was able to be done vegan and she spoke to the chef who said it already was, despite it not being identified as such on the menu. The patty was chickpea and pumpkin from recollection and was nicely spiced and fried crispy on the outside while being fluffy on the inside. Came with fresh salad -of red onion, lettuce and tomato and a creamy pesto sauce. Fries were delicious and cooked to perfection. Came with tomato sauce but we had some hummus that we sneakily added instead! Quite expensive, but I’m happy to say I think worth it.
