It’s nice to see that there are more and more vegan kimchi options available now when several years ago it was pretty hard to find one.
I like that this brand didn’t shy away from the gochugaru and also has a nice amount of green onion in the mix. The leaves were all really soft, though and I was hoping there would be pieces that still had a little crunch. Not my favorite but not bad.
I bought this through a promotion where you buy two products and get reimbursed for one. It was nice to try but I prefer other options.
