The tomato broth is vegan, and there's a wide selection of leafy vegetables, several types of tofu/tofu skin, noodles, and other plant stuffs to choose from that all get put in the broth and boiled. The flavour isn't amazing but the place is pretty cheap and almost entirely populated by Chinese people who are tired of western food.
