Beyond Sushi is a fully vegan sushi restaurant.
It’s a pretty informal place but also nice and welcoming. We started with these dumplings which I saw reviewed very well here on abillion. They had as ingredients braised shiitake, baked tofu, spinach, dark soy, porcini mushrooms, chili panko, micro arugula, shiitake truffle and spicy bean sauce. It was a lovely mix and very flavorful. The price for this dish was 12$.
