Sigh, it was one of those manic days when I could barely stop for lunch, so I have no idea whether I liked this #bibimbap or not 😐 I tend to like them served in those burning hot clay urns where you the grains of #rice get burned, and the char goes beautifully with the flavour of the #gochujang. But you know what, said gochujang was one of the more underwhelming aspects of this bowl 🥺 Whatever happened to #spicy and #sweet

Loads of ingredients though. #sweetcorn #carrot #shiitake #mushroom #beansprout #spinach and #inari strips. Couldn't complain on this front at least! 🙂
