Sesame Eggplant Tofu en Merit — Reseña de sofihuasteca (8 jun 2024)

Merrit is a #fullyvegan restaurant with an extesnive menu. Everything I have tried so far by then has been delicious! The #eggplant was cooked till soft and melts in your mouth, the gravy was savory and the mushrooms added a "meaty" texture to the dish.
