This #fullyvegan restaurant in #seattle #washington transitioned from traditional #sushi to a fully vegan establishment 🥳🥳If you are in Seattle please support this place and let them know they made the right decision in going vegan.
They have an extensive sushi menu with tons of creative creations and some appetizer including gyoza, edamame, miso soup and this #seaweedsalad. It is enough for two to share and is a little sweet. Obviously the presentaion is gorgeous!
