I've been meaning to try some I Am Nut Ok products for ages because I had their parm alternative a couple of years ago and loved it so I bought one of their best seller bundles and it came with this butter and woah! This is amazing, it's made from cashews and actually has a live culture unlike supermarket butter alternatives. The rosemary in it is tasty as hell too, I've only eaten this on toast so far but I'm definitely using it for a filled pasta dish at some point bc I feel like it would be perfect. The jar is reusable glass too which I ♥️
