Our local Mediterranean wholesaler had these on sale for $2.30/packet. They were all clumped together coming out of the packet, I should have separated them with my hands before adding to boiling water. Most of them eventually came apart but not all.
Handy that these cook so quickly - just wait until they float to the top of the pot.
These gnocchi had an odd chemical taste (I checked the best before and they have ages, so it’s not that). I tossed through a cheeze sauce which masked most of the weird flavour but it snuck through a little.
