Sticky rice paper roll stuffed with konjac 'prawns', fried beancurd, rice noodles, lettuce, and cilantro. 🦐🥬 Served with a creamy peanut dip which I loved! Honestly I've never been super big on summer rolls (they all seem the same to me LOL 🙈) but the dip made this good. 🥜🌶️ Vegan Pho is currently still sharing a space with an omni stall, with separate cooking equipment!
