Humita en El Repulgue - Empanadas — Reseña de Madeleine (28 may 2024)

Corn cooked with red pepper and vegan cheese bechamel. There was definitely lots of tasty corn and red peppers but it wasn’t exactly oozing with bechamel sauce. You can taste it but it needs a lot more in my opinion. Still, quite tasty!
