This was a beautiful and delicious roll! It had plant based tuna, vegan spicy aioli, cucumber, avocado, crispy quinoa, black tobiko caviart, scallion. The tuna tasted so real it was amazing and the “caviar” was made from seaweed. So cool!! It was a great combination of flavors and really tasted like a raw sushi roll. I would love to try their other “raw” rolls!
