A tasty and aromatic mix with almonds, carrot, rice, lentils, cranberries, and parsley. The rice (a mix of basmati and wild) is firm and not a disintegrated mush, cranberries are a nice pop of sweetness, and visually it's a pretty mix. #rice 🍚
