Classic Ratatouille with Farmhouse Bread en Bong Bonlai — Reseña de tiascaz (23 may 2024)

I helped host another #veganlunch at work! It was a really good turn out, and everyone enjoyed the food:) Once again we ordered from Bong Bonlai, which does a separate weekly lunch delivery service that isn’t a part of its main menu. This was one of the options today! The #ratatouille was simple, perhaps could have been spiced up a little more, but the variety of veg was good. The bread was delicious, and they gave so much of it!! I’m a #breadlover but this was even too much for me. Happy to spread the vegan word at work!
