삼게탕 Samgyetang en Daehwa Vegetarian — Reseña de xinru-t (13 may 2024)

Ginseng stew with red dates, goji berries, plus some kind of wholegrain porridge at the bottom (maybe purple rice or barley?) which was pleasantly chewy, albeit not like the usual sticky glutinous rice found in the traditional dish. 🍲 Loved the thick broth that had a deep flavour which was pleasantly herbal, not too bitter or medicinal tasting! Came with soft tofu as the protein in place of chicken, king oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. 🍗🍄 My non-veg friend who likes Korean food said this was his favourite vegan dish he's eaten with me so far! 🫰 Only available at the Daehwa Vegetarian outlet, not available at Boneless Kitchen!
