Made with a base of cashews, coconut syrup and oil - but rest assured, the coconut is not discernible to the tastebud. A bit icy in texture. Caramel pecan bits strewn through vanilla ice cream - beats chocolate haha. ~$15 for a 465mL tub, but is also #organic. #icecream
