So my mother-in-law gave me these pouches and since she’s a marathon runner I was a bit intimidated thinking that maybe this products would give me a burst of energy that would last me the entire day…
Luckily that didn’t happen, yet the taste of this coffee is pretty boring… I didn’t feel the chocolate at all… at least is a healthy drink I guess…

Are they gels? I think they are mostly meant to provide electrolytes. Maybe a bit of a boost from sugar/caffeine!?
