It's really yummy and and I love this place but I've had nothing but crappy service from them. They never come and check on us, I have to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes for food, even if they aren't busy and never get any napkins. I thought it was a one time thing, but it's been all 3 times I have been there. The last 2 times, there has been a huge piece of fuzz inside my sandwich and I stopped eating it. It's such a letdown because this sandwich is my favorite one in all of Columbus
