This is made with vanilla cake with cardamom for a bit of spice. Then it has pistachio crumbs as a topper on the icing.

The cardamom combined with the vanilla gives a fresh taste to this cake. The icing isn’t overly sweet which makes it refreshing. The pistachio crumbs has a subtle flavor and a bit more texture.

Overall, this is a great price of cake to have on a warm summer evening.
