Such a weird name for #cheese - not sure if they’re trying to avoid calling it mozzarella or if it’s a legal issue 🧀
My #lidl only carries this a few weeks out of the year, when they have ‘vegan week’. The price point was very good so I thought I would give it a try. While the flavour is alright, this cheese struggled to melt well for me at times. I’m not sure if I would repurchase it again.
