#veganised, #mushroom based calamari. Very mild in flavour but there is a hint of that sea taste from the spices used. While eating it, it did take my memories back to #calamari . In preparation to cook this, the pieces have to be dipped in #oil to be airfried or simply deep fried. There's no #healthy, #oilfree way of going about cooking these. With that said, still enjoyable. They cook easily and quickly too.
Rather expensive, so won't be a regular purchase unfortunately. But, happy I tried it.

I love to sprinkle it with garlic powder and black pepper powder 😋
That might explain why mine lacked a bit of flavour, I just chucked them in the air fryer without oil 😂
