This consisted of rich, creamy, and pleasantly chewy risotto with fresh, young, tender asparagus, plus 🐷-free Thrilling Foods Bakon™, and topped with microgreens and 🌱-based parmesan cheese. I love how their risotto dishes vary with the seasons and this one spring one was fantastic. (Gluten-free)
