Finally got to try a Blackbird Foods and we loved it! The store I went to only carried this Margharita and it was delicious 😋
Crust crisped up perfectly leaving it soft in the center! Cheese melted nicely and tasted so yum 😋! Always love basil on pizza and the leaves were so big! I did add jalapeño, cherry tomatoes and spinach for a little xtra veg.
Obviously high in fat, saturated fat and sodium, but definitely a perfect cheat meal! Sometimes you just need to indulge and especially on the weekends 😉
Good source of protein and fiber! That’s a win for me.
