🥢Smooth, silky and bouncy noodles served in a savoury soy milk-based broth. The slight spiciness in broth gave a nice kick. The only vegan dish in the store (and the most expensive too at ¥1500) but a solid option. Room for improvement: could do with a lot more greens :p
