The Rip Van wafers were a fun find. They are just under 5 carbs each, for anyone else counting carbs for #type1diabetes, making it a great option when just a little something is needed.

The wafers were as to be expected, and then you hit the creamy center of #chocolatehazelnut goodness.

My son blows my mind and doesn't care for much chocolate so took one bite and handed it to me 😱, but no fear both my daughters understand that chocolate is amazing and loved theirs.
