Review of Cuban Sandwich at Birch Cafe by maddy-6

This havana cuban sandwich is something that you run to get when it’s a special again. Made with pulled hearts of palm, house made seitan ham, melted cheeze, mustard, and mayo makes a tasty sandwich. The Seitan Ham texture is much like you remember ham to be pre-vegan. The hearts of palm I swear is sauerkraut! The cheeze melted nicely. The sub bun was a perfect match for this.

The fries in the picture are mine because I bought this to go. They will give reheating instructions!
