Review of Baghali polo ba mahiche at SORAYA Persian Taberna & Tea House by veggymitzy

I was a bit disappointed because it was very dry. I thought Fava beans and dill would come in a sauce,but not. the original recipe has veal meatballs so maybe those give more juiciness.. I did need the proteins and I love basmati no matter what so I give it a simpathy 6/10
