I bought it in an Indian shop for 1 pound something, I recommend starting with small quantities, like a pinch, and add it when the tofu is almost done. Smell and taste are pretty intense and when you are not used to egg smell anymore could be weird. But nutritionally is a healthy product it's quite convincing, your brain will be confused.
