Look how pretty this purple #ube + horchata donut is! I had #Horchata for the first time two years ago in LA, and both ube and horchata are not too common around here, so when I find a either one thats vegan, I definitely want to try it. This had a slight cinnamon and oat milky flavor and the use ube slightly tasted like purple sweet potato. It's really unique and different. I loved the pretty purple glaze as well. My mom was a big fan of his one in particular. The donut itself was super dense and cakey, which like me, she also prefers.
