All round underwhelming effort 😐 I love 梅菜扣肉 when the whole thing is reeking of Chinese spices and preservation, come on what is this bland mush 🙄 The entire #braisedpork and #preservedvegetables affair didn't taste enough of, well, braising and preservation. Too obvious a fake 😬

The #soup was tasty though, full of naughty 调味品 😅
