Found at Tesco in the chilled aisle for £4.20, these #enchiladas have been tempting me for a while. They only take 25 minutes in the oven and then they’re ready to eat. They were ok. Not a ton of flavor, but a decent lunch or dinner.
The enchiladas had a bean, sweet potato, cabbage, and rice filling.
