Viva Tacoma in #washington state is a #fullyveganrestaurant. They offer #breakfast for limited hours sundays.All menu selections are comprised of organic, gluten-free and dairy free products.
This dish was "chicken and #waffles". The tofu was breaded and really good, the waffles were a little dense and flat (maybe due to being #glutenfree ?). It was a very filling meal with a good balance of sweet and savory with the maple syrup, strawberry-habanero sauce, butter and green onion garnishing the plate.
