I really enjoyed this. It is soft and easily spreadable. I did notice that it tastes very similar to the classic chive wheel and then it made me realize that a lot of miyoko’s cheeses taste almost the same. It does have a hint of that cheddar flavor that I remember from childhood snacks like the ritz crackers with cheese dip that comes with the red stick or cheese whiz
