I was blown away by this #vegansalmon #sashimi! The look, #texture and even taste are so similar to the actual thing (minus the violence and cruelty). We didn’t know how to use it, other than in sushi, so we cut it up and made a #poke bowl with it on top, which was really nice. I bought it at #vegansupply and will absolutely get it again. Loved it and want to make sushi with it as well!
