Smoked Tofu en St. Elsewhere — Reseña de Le Raton Saveur (14 mar 2024)

Yum! My omni husband and I shared this as an appetizer and both loved it.

The tofu has a lovely smokey flavour, complemented by guajillo chili sauce, pickled pineapple, cucumber, crispy garlic, and cilantro. As a lover of sweet and spicy/pineapple on everything, I really enjoyed this!

The tofu is laid on the cucumber slices and topped with the other ingredients, making it really easy to share.
