This was a very nice find the frozen aisle at Migros. These sticks resemble the cod ones that you can find from many other brand, but of course they are plant based! The flavor has a hint of sea-taste however it’s nothing too similar to fish, which would probably gross me out. The filling is a white mixture of bread crumbs and soy and it has a nice soft consistency that nicely contrasts the crunchy outside.
One of the things I appreciated the most about these sticks is that they have a great nutriscore (A), making them a healthy and nutritious option and not just a tasty treat. Price wise this product was not cheap, but it’s definitely worth trying!
The sticks can be cooked in the oven or in a pan with some oil, I opted for the first option and they came out great and super tasty.
